Pros and cautions

Pros

Objectively verifiable strengths

  • Cashback in USD, not a volatile token.
  • No annual fee or staking on the base tier.
  • No FX fee on USD payments.
  • No public transaction limit.
Cautions

Calculate before deciding

  • Standard earns only on the first $2,000 a month.
  • Higher rates need large annual fees; Premium pays off only above about $4,200 a month.
  • FX fees offset much of the cashback on KRW payments.
  • Sell spread on volatile coin deposits; relatively high ATM fees.
  • Cashback is reported usable only for card spending in the app.
